Requirements For New SSB & SID

Apko Seaman Service Book SSB aur Seaman ID card banana ke liye jin documents ki zarurat parti hai wo nechay mojood hai. Total 2 step me aapse ye saray documents mange jatay hein. Documents ki list yahan mojood hai, aap Seaman Service Book SSB ka procedure shuru karnay se pehle agar ye documents jama karlein to aapke liye procedure bohut asaan hojaega Insha’Allah.

2. Matric ka certificate (Original aur 06 Photocopies, Board office se attested aur 17 grade officer se bhi attested).
3. Apka CNIC (06 Photocopies, 17 grade officer se bhi attested).
4. Diploma (ya degree) ki marksheet aur Certificate (06 Photocopies, Relevant Board se attested aur 17 grade officer se bhi attested). Contact me

10. 04 NOC Basic Courses Certificates. (06 photocopies, 17 grade se attested, aur jis institute se courses kiye hein waha se verified).

Jab aap MMD me examination form jama karengay to aapko in documents ki zarurat paregi. Iske elawa jab aap KDLB building me documents jama karwengay to apko zarurat paregi. Is liye, ye documents aap apnay pass jama karlein ta ke aapko mushkil naa paray aur aapka kaam asani se hojaye.
