Agar aapnay NEW Seaman ID Card SID banwana hai ye purany waly ko renew karwana hai, process same hai dono ka. - CNIC (Front and Back).
- Passport size Photo (Blue background).
- Domicile Certificate.
- Character Certificate (Gazette Officer).
- Passport with Valid Expiry date.
- Matric Certificate (or O Level certificate).
- FSC Certificate (for Cadet/Officer).
- PMA Professional certificate (for cadets).
- Certificate for eligibility from POMMD for engineers and technicians.
- Certificate of competency. (or certificate of service/equivalent certificate).
- GP-III Certificate.
- Ministry approval form.
- Paid fee voucher. (Ye voucher bad me scan karlena).
- Register ke button pe click karein. Apni details dalein aur apnay aapko Shipping Ministry ky online portal me Register karlein.
- Registration mukammal ke baad, sign in kar ke account ke andar dakhil hojaein. Right hand side se apni educational aur experience ki details jama karein. (Picture bhi upload karein, apni profile mukammal karlein).
- Profile mukammal karnay ke baad, left hand side pe "Generate Request" pe click karein. Aur ek naya form samny ajaega, us form ko fill karein. Last me "NEW SEAMAN ID CARD SID" pe click kar ke submit kardein.
- Iske bad, left hand side pe hi "Request Register" pe hi click karein aur SID wali request me Action walay tab ke andar Attach Documents pe jaein.
- Required documents ko upload karein aur "Finalized" kardein.
- Finalized karnay ke baad "Request Register" pe dobara ajaein aur "Print SID Application" se application form ko download karlein. Ye form Shipping Office le jaein, aur 100 Rupay ke challan ke sath jama karwa dein.
- Apko Seaman ID Card ke liye 1-2 days baad NADRA se message ajae ga. Message waly address pe pohunch kar waha ka process mukammal karlein, Rs: 1000 cash fee lengay NADRA walay aur usi din Seaman ID Card receive karlein NADRA se. NADRA se 30 minutes me process mukammal hojata hai normally.
